This recipe is an oldie, but a goodie. We make it every year around the holidays in the Test Kitchen, and had to pull it out of our recipe box again this year to highlight this classic. Rich, indulgent, and just a little effervescent, this is the perfect nightcap cocktail to close out any epic holiday celebration.

Napa Nog Recipe with ONEHOPE Sparkling Almond
Serves: 2
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
4 scoops vanilla bean gelato
1 pinch each of cinnamon and nutmeg (plus a tad more for garnish)
2 shots Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur
1 cup ONEHOPE Sparkling Almond wine
Instructions:
1. Combine gelato, cinnamon, nutmeg, Kahlúa, and Brut in a blender and blend for 20 seconds, until smooth & creamy.
2. Pour into sparkling coupes, and garnish with another sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg.
