Yesterday marked the first day of Spring and we’re ready for it! For a huge part of the country, spring means the days of frigid temperatures are on the decline and the promise of more daylight is just around the corner. For ONEHOPE’s vineyard in Napa, spring means that our rows are filled with mustard and legumes to assist in drainage and restoring nitrogen to the soil and that bud-break is just beginning. We were lucky enough to see the first signs of bud-break on Friday, just in time for the spring equinox – marking the beginning of 2016 wine season. We have a feeling it’s going to be a great year! Cheers!
