Holiday season is the best time of the year at ONEHOPE! We love making seasonal recipes and helping everyone prepare for the holidays ahead. We have some great recipes coming your way! The first is a fresh roasted turkey breast made with our new Artichoke Parmesan Bruschetta sauce, which can be found in the Pasta and Bruschetta Set. Pair with our CA Pinot Noir- a classic pairing with the seasonal bird. This take on earthy bruschetta paired with our Pinot Noir allows the fruit to sing (so your family doesn’t have to).
1 Fresh Turkey Breast
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
2 tsp. Minced Shallot
1/4 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter
Salt and Pepper
1 Jar Artichoke Parmesan Bruschetta
Preheat oven to 425F. In a small sauce pot melt and combine the olive oil and butter. Once melted, add the garlic and shallot, stir and set aside. Dry the turkey with paper towels, then season liberally with salt and pepper all over. Place the breast on a cooling rack. Using a pastry brush, coat the turkey with the butter/oil mixture. Put in the oven for 20 mins or until the turkey begins to get a light brown color on the skin. Remove from the oven and turn the temperature down to 350F. Baste the turkey again and put back in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove and baste the turkey a final time before returning to the oven to finish for 20 minutes, or
until the internal temperature reaches 160F. Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes on a cutting board under tented aluminum foil to allow the juices to redistribute themselves back through the breast. Slice on a bias and serve with The Artichoke Bruschetta that dreams are made of. No need to heat the sauce, serve it at room temp.
