How to Make Buckwheat Pancakes
Our buckwheat pancake mix is perfect alone, or makes a great base for adding your favorite mix-ins like chocolate chips, bananas, blueberries, and more! Here’s what you’ll need from your pantry to make the pancakes.
Ingredients
-1 ½ cups pancake mix
-2 TBS of sugar
-1 ½ cups of milk
-1 TBS lemon juice
-2 eggs
-1 TBS oil or melted butter
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl and stir until smooth and no lumps remain. Be careful not to overmix.
Heat a nonstick skillet on medium and add a little spray or butter to avoid sticking. Pour your batter into the pan to desired pancake size and cook until small bubbles form. Flip and cook until pancakes are browned on both sides.
Top your pancakes with our fruit preserves, apple cinnamon sauce, or with a tablespoon of butter and maple syrup! Serve with a glass of bubbly and enjoy!
