3 Blood Oranges
2 Fuyu Persimmons
1 Red Pear
1 Pomegranate (seeded)
Mint (for garnish)
Peel grapefruit and blood orange and slice crosswise.
Peel tangerine and break apart each piece.
Thinly slice the persimmon and red pear.
Mix all the fruit in a medium bowl. Top with
pomegranate seeds and drizzle with balsamic
vinegar. Garnish with mint.
